Brought my car in for unusual concern. 2022 Qx60 was making clicking sound when turning on either side. Service technician lubricated assuming that fixed the problem. As I left the lot, th 2022 Qx60 was making clicking sound when turning on either side. Service technician lubricated assuming that fixed the problem. As I left the lot, the clicking noise still existed. Had to bring the car back for the same issue. Come to find out strut towers needed to be replaced. Disappointing the service technician didn’t recommend this in the beginning. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for the service department to call me back about replacing strut towers. Supposedly parts are coming from a different state. Should it take more than one month? would appreciate if service manager was in communication on the status. More

I’ve leased three of my four Infinitis from OC Infiniti. I go out of my way to come to this specific dealership, passing another Infiniti retailer that’s closer to home. Having purchased my most recent In I go out of my way to come to this specific dealership, passing another Infiniti retailer that’s closer to home. Having purchased my most recent Infiniti out of its lease, I still come to OC Infiniti for service, where I’ll only work with service advisor Kevin. Kevin listens and throughly understands these cars. If Kevin ever departs this retailer, I’ll take my business elsewhere as I only trust him. More
