Offered to give me full credit and sell me another car that they purchased specifically for me. I was strung along for weeks while we waited for the car to arrive and be certified. It when time came for me to go check it out, the manager I was dealing with was fired and I was told everything he had purchased was sent back. They talked me into a lease at 15k miles per year even though I drive 18-20k per year but I was stuck since they already sold my trade in and took back the used car. I signed electronically and made the mistake of not reviewing all the printed paperwork before I left only to find out a few weeks later that they only gave me 12k miles per year and $800 + full purchase price taxes less for the used car they took back. I brought it up to Their general manager and was told there was nothing they could do because Infiniti now held the contract. I called Corporate and was told the dealership was the only one that could change anything and had to do a rewrite. After going back to the dealership, the manager then told me not to worry about the mileage and they would take the lease back after two years and he would personally see to it that they find the right used car for me and I would have no penalties returning the car early. Well two years were almost up and I contacted the manager. He said I'd have to buy a new car and put a huge down payment because I would be upside down turning in the car early because I was responsible for paying out the whole lease. I tried every way to get them to honor their word and would've taken it to court if I had any physical proof of anything but I had nothing. I am now done with the lease and about to turn in the car this weekend. I am glad to be rid of it and will never again even think about doing business with infiniti or Nissan corporation in any way whatsoever! My rating is not only for the dealership but for their corporate and infiniti financial as well! Gaston was a nice guy and offered me advice but ultimately he represents the dealership and knew what they were doing. I spoke with a few former employees and they apologized like crazy for not warning me of the xxxx they knew I was getting into. More

I'm a reasonable guy who rarely writes a review, but the people at this dealership are the worst! They had a used Lexus that I was very interested in that I found on Autotrader. When I called, I asked them about their low 1 star rating and mentioned that I would need to drive an hour to get there and was concerned about how they treat people. The sales guy (WALTER) I talked to said that they were unaware of their low rating but assured me he was an honest professional. I rolled the dice and made the drive to see the car. Once I decided that I wanted to try to purchase the car, the salesperson disappeared and (Van) "the closer" and used car manager came in to screw me over. The first thing I asked him was why they only had a 1 star rating on Autotrader. He seemed to be unaware of the rating, couldn't care less and blamed it on stupid people who have buyers remorse. Then he started out whining about how they lose money on every new car purchase and only survive on factory volume rebates to stay in business. He claimed that my Kelly Blue Book valuation was worthless and that he need to make at least $1000 over his cost. So the only price he would accept was one that made him his $1000 over what he claimed to pay for the vehicle and way over the KBB excellent price. I wanted the car so I decided to take the next step. The finance lady Fonda was cold and clearly hates customers and hates her job. I was left in a bare room by myself for 45 minutes while they came up with financing options. The sales guy suddenly re-appeared and came in with a 10.99% rate. I said no way and told him that I was leaving. As I was walking away in the parking lot, he dropped it to 8.99% and I told him no. As I was driving home, another guy (Mitch) called and offered me 8.49%. I never bought the car. I was there for a total of 3 hours and was never even offered a drink of water or any type of courtesy. The next day I found out that they gave my personal info out to 9 different financing companies without my knowledge so my credit score dropped significantly in one day. Their business practices and culture are shocking and I wouldn't be surprised if Infinity Corporate would cancel their franchise agreement. Finally, here is a tip anyone can use to tell if they are lying to you.................if their lips are moving. Think about how many others don't want to waste 30 minutes writing a review to warn others. Research other Infiniti dealers in So Cal and go there regardless of the drive. More
Buyers Beware! Fraud Alert! Rip Off! My experience with this dealership was absolutely a nightmare. They lied about the pricing, the cars, the specials and just about everything you could imagine. I Would highly recommend you do your research and stay away from this place. I waited for approx. 45 minutes and decided to call back to inquire about the status of my application. It was at this time that I was advised that all of their salesman were busy and that I would have to wait until tomorrow for someone to further assist me. I asked the salesman if anyone else could assist me and I was told, "no, sorry." Our conversation ended when the salesman advised me that he would be more than glad to assist us tomorrow. If this is the type of service you get while they are still trying to get my money, what kind of service and assistance could I expect from them once they gotten my money?? My daughter and I were willing to drive over 111 miles and 2 1/2hrs to buy her a car, but I guess our business wasn't that important to them. Wish I would have read some of these reviews before I had them run my credit. Waist of time. More

Came here because of an online ad for the Q40 wanted to get the deal stated in the ad but suddenly they wanted 3 thousand down and the payment jumped up. Now I get this is a bait and switch and that's alright but it's the managers attitude Gustavo that really sucks. He told me he doesn't need a customer like me and he has a lot of better customers. Now coming from Mercedes Benz I couldn't believe this low life. Please take your business else where. You will be glad you did. This place does not deserve your time. More

This dealership pulled a bait and switch on me. I went in twice. The 1st visit was for a quote on a trade-in and another quote to purchase / lease a 2014 Q50. I was quoted $43,000 for the Q50 premium in twice. The 1st visit was for a quote on a trade-in and another quote to purchase / lease a 2014 Q50. I was quoted $43,000 for the Q50 premium with leather and the deluxe touring package. On my second visit, I was quoted $43,500. I accepted the $500 increase and decided to lease the car. (We spent well over 2 hours over price, payments, leasing and financing etc etc.) Upon reviewing my lease contract (after I got home, my fault I know), I noticed that instead of the $43,500 we agreed upon. I was charged close to MSRP for the car. They did apply some discounts / credits to the MSRP pricing. Which dropped the price to a little over $45,500. That's about 2k more than what we had originally agreed upon. So my monthly payments ended up being a little over $100 more than what I was originally quoted when I was with sales. I went back for a contract review and was told by the finance guy that he would talk to Corporate and see what they could do about it. He would call me back on Monday. Never heard from him again. So be careful when you go to these guys. They will run you down and get you tried and ready to leave. Then pull a fast one on you at signing. I would avoid this dealership. My previous car was a G35 coupe. Had my new tires mounted here and they scraped / scratched every single rims with their tire mounting machine. Oh yeah, I also didn't get a 3k loyalty discount for some reason. Which should be applied to new purchases / lease if you own or previously owned an Infiniti vehicle. More

I have an Acura and went to see this dealer that is in my area. I took a car on a test drive and before I pulled out of the drive way I told Bruce that this car was low in gas. None. Bruce said it's ok we keep very little gas in the cars. Ok so we pull out make a right turn and make it passed the first light and the car turns off due to no gas. Once we pulled over into the next shopping center Bruce has to call his store. He forgets his phone on his desk, bad sales man, so I lend him mine to use. After 20mins we are still waiting for some gas. No one shows up so we walk back to the store. Then a couple days later when the call me to offer me a price on my Acura TL w/HPT they try to offer a super low price. I don't think anyone should deal with this dealership beacuse they are unprofessional and don't respect the customer.. Thanks J More
