No follow up I recently purchased a used vehicle from here and after driving it for less than a month I found the vehicle to have some issues. After returning to g I recently purchased a used vehicle from here and after driving it for less than a month I found the vehicle to have some issues. After returning to get it serviced a few times they have now said the problem with the vehicle is not covered under any warranty. The car has less than 10,000 miles and is a 2018. I am now trying to find someone to repair the issues at a reasonable price since I have to pay out of my pocket for the repairs. The communication has been very minimal and I am unhappy with the service I’ve received thus far. More

Bare minimum I had to take my vehicle in 3 different times for them to finally resolve the transmission issue with my QX60. They then told me they replaced the transmission with a new one, but when I looked at the invoice it stated reconditioned. Not really a big deal, except when you try to pass it off as brand new. Also, they did not clean the vehicle as they stated they would. More

Awesome deal!!!!! I'm now a customer for life. I called in today and had an appt with Celia Cervantes. She was awesome. I had so many questions about the q50 and she an I'm now a customer for life. While I was in the showroom the General Manager Ali Khan took the time out of his busy day to come and greet me. He assured me I was in good hands. I worked out the deal I wanted in no time. The Finance Manager Mansoor Ali was just great. He explained to me the different protection packages and finance options available to me. In the very end when I got my car Celia had put a giant red bow on it so I can take a pic. Her attention to detail is unbelievable. Mr Khan the General Manager also walked outside to thanked me for my business. I really appreciate the time and effort they put on my awesome deal. More
