The sales team were awesome people. I felt like the sales team were genuinely good people. The only issue I felt was that I was told there is no negotiating of the price of the used car I came for which I felt can't be true, and I left feeling like I was over paying although it was certified. Shady We bought a QX60 from Costa Mesa Infiniti and the front right tire was low. Dealer said the warning light would go off on its own. 6 months later and We bought a QX60 from Costa Mesa Infiniti and the front right tire was low. Dealer said the warning light would go off on its own. 6 months later and one visit into dealership to “fix” it we have a bald front right tire that needs to be replaced. Obviously it’s from the low tire pressure/and or a poor alignment. This was a dealership problem sold to us from day one. The service guy has xxxxx enough to say tire was from “either driving too fast or taking too many right turns”. And not their fault. Service manager agreed with him. $500 dollars later I’m a huge fan of Toyota and can’t wait to unload this car. More
