Oil change took way too long I would first like to say that the team was very nice and helpful. What I didn’t appreciate was that my car was ready (I think) but no one called me. One seemed to not be interested in helping me search for a ride, I sensed he thought I was not gonna purchase, but little did he know, I paid cash money for my 2017 Infiniti that day. The general manager was not a friendly person to meet. The only reason I bought my ride was because the price was good, but I will never do business with this dealership again, nor recommend if asked. More

After i signed the contract, we were promised that the passenger tow cap that was missing will be replace- it was not even I came back the week after. My dad and I found that the navigation sd card was missing, and we didn't even left the parking spot yet. I went back inside to ask for the missing SD nav card and the manager was an xxx. He argued that we bought it as is and sd nav card is not listed on the car description. I called him out on his xx and we agree that the dealer would send me a check for me to buy it on my own. The missing tow cap is still missing and I just dont want to deal with this guy anymore. Just take it as my lost. I left very angry because of false promises, if it was communicate up front then we got a agreement but it was never disclosed. Will not coming back ever again More
