This time around it was the complete opposite. The young lady was polite, professional, and caring. Great service. Kevin (as always) and Eduardo were fantastic. Attentive, eye contact, caring, and helpful. Kept me up to date with the progress of my car. Both gentlemen are very genuine with all of their interactions. They deserve a big pat on the back for a job well done. Not that you need any confirmation, but they interact in the same manner with ALL of their customers. Thank you. More

Misleading and False Advertisement Beware of their misleading tactics and false advertisement. I have the Diamond Club plan which clearly states on their paperwork, “tires for life” but Beware of their misleading tactics and false advertisement. I have the Diamond Club plan which clearly states on their paperwork, “tires for life” but they refuse to honor it, Despite what their paperwork clearly states. They will tell you that it’s only for 60,000 miles and/or 4 years. The 60,000 miles and/or 4 years is for free oil changes. The way this package is presented is that you will get “tires for life” as long as you own the vehicle as long as you follow their 60,000 mile maintenance program. This dealership has been losing money on this package, hence the reason why they longer sell it or honor it. Deceitful business practices!!! I have documented proof and will be filing a small claims case and contacting the BBB. More
