Excellent customer service! I dropped off my G37 Convertible to have the to mechanism repaired. Though the cost was high and I wasn't happy to have to pay to get it fixed, Howeve I dropped off my G37 Convertible to have the to mechanism repaired. Though the cost was high and I wasn't happy to have to pay to get it fixed, However, Eduardo, my Service advisor made it very pleasant and easier for me throughout the process. He went out of his way to help me get a discount on am this major repair cost ($1700), and I eally appreciate that. He even arranged for me to use a loaner car and dropped it off on the day that was convenient for me due to my work. Eduardo was very professional, courteous, and nice. I went away feeling very positive about the experience despite having an unexpected expense. I feel confident Eduardo well provide me with good service if I ever need to revisit for the top problem or any other problems with my car. Thank you! . More

Gerardo & the team took fantastic care of my Q50 I called in the morning about my daughter bringing my Infiniti Q50 for service. Great, honest customer service! Highly recommended! Good, honest service was exactly what I received from this dealership. My problems started when my JX35 headlights did not work. I took my car to my Good, honest service was exactly what I received from this dealership. My problems started when my JX35 headlights did not work. I took my car to my usual dealership location, and was quoted an exorbitant amount for parts and labor. I decided to call Orange Coast Infiniti and was greeted by Eduardo Ortiz, a service consultant. He was able to give me a quote over the phone with parts and labor. I felt that the price was very fair, given how expensive the parts are. Eduardo went above and beyond by offering to pick up my car and get things done so that my work schedule would not be disrupted. This was greatly appreciated, but given my personal circumstances, I decided to bring the car in myself. Eduardo treated me with respect, and I did not feel like I was being duped into something that I did not need. In my previous interactions at other dealerships, I have felt that I was being treated differently because I am a woman. I did not feel taken advantage of at Orange Coast Infiniti, and I greatly appreciated this. Since I dropped the car off later on in the day, I was quickly offered a courtesy car. From the time of check-in to diagnosis completion, I did not have to wait very long at all. Orange Coast Infiniti has definitely earned my family's business! Ask for Eduardo Ortiz! More
