I can call a service advisor by the name Of Twan and He literally will take care of every need. While still working with Me and my sometimes tight budget. He will give me his honest feedback on what’s very much needed and what can wait for another 5 or so months for next oil change. I’ve tried other Infiniti dealerships but I always make my way back to OC. I’m very big on customer service and OC is theee best. I recommend any and everyone to go there along with seeing Twan. But to be honest anyone is great! More

More like a "Nissan" dealer, rather than "Infiniti" I bought an Infiniti "Certified" vehicle because the finance manager explained to me that it was the best of the best of all the used Infiniti's. Wel I bought an Infiniti "Certified" vehicle because the finance manager explained to me that it was the best of the best of all the used Infiniti's. Well.....here is literally what I got by purchasing "certified": 1) Missing antenna 2) Missing valve stem caps on tires 3) Missing manual 4) No license plates on front or back. Got pulled over by a police officer for that. 5) The batteries on one of the key remotes were low. 6) The rear quarter panel was heavily oxidized. Looked like possibly repainted with poor workmanship. 7) Front tires were used crappy Chinese tires. I would have expected Infiniti to replace them with safe, known national brands. I bought this vehicle on a rainy day, and therefore, it's partially my fault for not checking the vehicle out thoroughly. Unfortunately, I bought into believing that the vehicle really was the "best of the best," and I did not need to get wet in the rain looking over the vehicle. I wish they would have given me a dry place to inspect it properly. The sales rep and service dept have been responsive to our concerns, but just really disappointed in the lack of care and workmanship they show in preparing their used vehicles........especially when they call it "Infiniti Certified"..........very embarrassing. More
