20 minutes to be greeted. After pulling in for my 945 appointment, I stood outside my car for about 3 minutes, after that I went in search of an advisor. Once I found one, she told me I would be checked in shortly; 17 minutes later someone finally came out to check me in. I requested an oil change and a tire rotation. After an hour he came back to let me know my car was done and in the wash, and that they skipped the oil change because I wasn’t due. It had been almost 6k miles since my last oil change, if I ask for one, and am paying for it, please do it. Another 45 minutes and it was done. No reminder reset, and two huge greasy palm prints on my hood. I am literally nevering coming back here. (They did comp the service, but that doesn’t give me my time back) More
