New Tires & Rear Brakes I went in for my regular service and was told I needed tires & rear brakes. I was given an estimate and was told I had until my next service to get t I went in for my regular service and was told I needed tires & rear brakes. I got another estimate so I could make a comparison. 2 weeks later I decided to return to the dealership to get the work completed. I was very happy I did. I dropped my car off early in the morning. They offered me a loaner car for the day. My car was finished by that afternoon. The cost was less than the estimate and I’m glad I had the work done there. The staff is so friendly and professional. Great Business Ethics About two weeks ago, my 2008 M35 temperature gauge started to rise up when on idle as I was doing business calls in the car but managed to turned off About two weeks ago, my 2008 M35 temperature gauge started to rise up when on idle as I was doing business calls in the car but managed to turned off the vehicle before it reached the overheat scale. I was on Beach Boulevard when it happened about 8 miles from Infiniti. So I called Infiniti and Tuan Nguyen took my call. He advised to turn up the heater in my car to make my engine cooler while driving the car and as I was slowly closing in to the shop about 1 mile at a time, I decided to have my car towed because I’ll run out of time and be late to pick up my daughter from school so I called Tuan again and he gave me a nearby towing service information which eventually brought my car to the shop in minutes. Checking in of the shop with a loaner was a breeze and was able to make it on time at my kid’s school. Then I was able to get back my car in a few days after Tuan’s regular updates on repair status. About 2 days later, the exact same issue emerges on my car again and Tuan was made aware immediately. Only this time I was in a location farther from the shop and I was assured that I’ll get credit towards towing services for this event. Another car loaner was issued to me while the car is in repair. The car got fixed in a couple of days and was able to drive my car again like nothing ever happened. I was so impressed about my experience to this Infiniti service station due to their great business ethics. They acknowledged that they have overlooked something and was very apologetic. I probably would not have experienced the same if I have brought my car to another location. Kudos to Tuan and the rest of the technical team for making it easy for me!!! More
