Black and white experiences I have had my other car serviced here in the past and was very happy with service I got. But this time I was not so satisfied. When I got there no one I have had my other car serviced here in the past and was very happy with service I got. But this time I was not so satisfied. When I got there no one came to help me. I had to go find someone. I stated I had an appointment scheduled at 3:30. They said they were closing soon but that they would "try to hurry". Even though they closed at 5 and let me schedule an appointment at that time. The car needed a wash, but he told me the car wash guys were leaving soon as well. They agreed to wash the car first. I also mentioned a light that was going off in the car. the tech told me to come back at another time to check it out because they wouldn't have time to take a look. While I was waiting in the lounge, another customer came in about 20 after I had. She discussed with a tech that she was there for a routine service as well but came in without an appointment. She ended up getting her service done before I did, without an appointment. When my car was finished, I drove home and realized the dirt still remaining all over the car, even though it was washed. There was bird poo still on the windshield and the rear had dirt drips all over. It looks like they just hosed it down. To top it off, the windows were rolled down so they were all streaky. Next time I guess I will have to make an appointment in the morning so they can service it properly. More
