He was incredibly hospitable offering me a room to place work phone calls during the service wait after I declined a loaner and stressed how limited my time was. To top it off, he shared his lunch with me! I may have paid a higher rate to have gone to a dealership but was offered a better value than risking maintenance services at an “as is” shop. #TooOldToNotSeeValue More

Over promised, under delivered I turned my car in for an oil change and brake pad replacement. The service experience ended up taking roughly 4 hours and my service rep checked in on me one time during the waiting period. More
