Regular scheduled oil change I rec'd a call from the dealership reminding me it was time for an oil change. I like that they called me to remind me, I set an appointment time with I rec'd a call from the dealership reminding me it was time for an oil change. I like that they called me to remind me, I set an appointment time with my service advisor Tuan, I was there on time (as I always am!) I was greeted promptly and my car was whisked away! I sat in their very comfortable lounge, I think i actually might have napped a bit. In no time, my QX70 (which I love by the way) was all ready to go. Not only was the oil changed but my car was clean as new! I would definitely recommend OC Infiniti to all! More

When it approached an hour and 45 min, I opted for no car wash just to get out of there. The service writer did comp me for the tire rotation because of the inconvenience. More

It's been a couple months since I took advantage of this service. Lo and behold. MANAGEMENT CHANGED and guess what? NO MORE COMPLEMENTARY CAR WASH!!!! Hmmm... Got an oil change which was overdue, which "earn" me a car wash. Suppose to take an hour. Went back at 9:30a and they just started the wash. My service advisor Gerardo went back to help wash the car. I was impressed by his willingness to help me get out of there so I gave this review a 4 Star because of his effort. For the MANAGEMENT decision to save money and renege on prior agreement? I'd give a 1 Star. Be REAL careful what your salesperson promises you the next time you buy your car!!! More
