Have great experience at OC Infiniti. Andrew Saad was as professional and as courteous a sales rep can be. I bought an Infiniti with him 3 years ago then he left the old Mission Viejo Infiniti. I went back a few times but never feel like getting a car there without Andrew because they just dont know how to handle customer the right way. I had a chance also to deal with Eduardo in Service snd Eduardo was also great. Total customer satisfaction. The only thing i wish is every personnel should wear a mask during this period (Andrew and Eduardo did wear) out of respect for all customers. You dont wear a mask to protect yourself from the illness but you should also protect others in case you are unaware that you may already get the virus. This will also give customer confident to walk in your dealer. More

They know i live in modesto yet they still sold me the luxe package still pretty sad i cannot use that because it was like 595$ i beileve other than that i just wish i could have gotten my floor matts, thanks More
