From the moment you walk in it’s like your invisible. I walked around for 10 min looking for someone. People in their offices saw me looking and didn’t bother to get up and ask if I needed help. It wasn’t until I literally had to go to an office and ask for help. Before I bought my car I was told they were gonna remove watermarks from the Car no problem. When I went back after, they said they couldn’t do it because the roof was a vinyl, rap. Wish I woulda been told that before. Seemed as if they had no idea it was wrap until after the fact when I bought it. So I asked if they could at leasr buff out the hood. But I was told to just call LuxeCar and they would do it for me. So it seemed like they didn’t want to do it? Customer priority at this dealership is severely diminished once you already buy the car. Btw, LuceCar is apparently “already” on the car and can’t removed from the bill. If it was “already” on the car why did the car look like that when I bought it? So I had to drive an hr away just for them to turn me away. A salesman, Ryan, was nice enough to reimburse me for gas. I also went in to ask about my right rear mirror on my q60. The service guy said he would go take a look at it and also see about buffing our the roof. He said he would come back to me and give me info on it. NEVER saw him again, no follow up. My original salesman comes to me and I guess took over the service inquiry and it was then that he said they couldn’t do the buffing. But no one ever came back about the mirror. So I asked again, Ryan. My car was taken back a second time and he said they had to order a part. All in all, I would have to say this dealership lacks basic customer service. They have a nice selection of cars, however I learned that Glendale Infiniti is a part of them and the costumer service there is phenomenal. I highly recommend going there or if you see a car you like at orange coast, try to get them to transfer it to Glendale Infiniti. If you just must go to orange coast, see Ryan as the salesman. He was a good salesman and will do his best to get you a good deal More

OC Infiniti has been a great service all these years I’ve had my car. They are always so friendly and honest. I am amazed with the service OC Infiniti provided. Three employee's at this location have with out a doubt a memorable experience that when i am driving my car, I cringe most of the time. Driving my 2017 Q6 employee's at this location have with out a doubt a memorable experience that when i am driving my car, I cringe most of the time. Driving my 2017 Q60 was an exciting and joyful experience, even during heavy traffic. The manager definitely encountered several openings to intervene and manage these matters in a professional manner but instead, he chose to ignore a conflict in service his rep was providing. After the ONE phone call with him when he promised to call me back, it took several of voicemails, online requests, and time maybe two weeks or more for someone to call me. To top it off, his rep was unprofessional any many ways and they were punishing me for calling the people he instructed me to call from day ONE. He said that because i contacted Infiniti Affairs, he was no longer working with me and that anything that was agreed on was out of the table. He said that any outcome was strictly between Affairs and myself; therefore, he was no longer discussing discussing the matter with me in any way, shape, or form. Infiniti Affairs later confirmed that all parties had come to an agreement and that they were not sure why Kevin Hall would tell me such a thing. They directed me back to the dealer to drop off my car and that if they gave me any priblems, to have OC Infinity call them directly. Proactively I went ahead and scheduled an appointment via their online scheduling portal. To my surprise, I was contacted with some outrageous replies; this time I didnt even call, email, or leave voicemails. Ridiculously rude people, unprofessional, and they are bullies; I felt like I was back in high school with all these bullies scattered in the playground. I found it weird that suddenly they were on my case but I immediately directed them to Affairs and then the questions and outrages comments stopped. Tuan, my new advisor made it a cozy return and I understood that all transactions are not always smooth but an agreement is always achievable. There was a factory or product defect occured with the steering wheel so they offered to replace it under the CPE warranty. He also replaced my window switches under warranty. I left with the loaner and the experience was great up until i got my car back. Immediately the next day, I sent Tuan a text with my gratitude and to ask him about a small problem I encountered with the steering wheel. I day later, i left a voicemail because I know how it can get during these shutdowns. A day later, I sent an email, just in case he didnt get to my voicemail or text message. By Thursday night, I figured they were busy and I scheduled an appointment via their web portal. This way I could drop off the car early in the morning and have them physically inspect the vehicle. Well, moments later, I receive text messages from Tuan and I was left speechless. I was scratching my head with disbelief. The ONE and only text he sends since I tried reaching him via text, voicemail, email, and even waiting a week before I scheduled the appointment said, "We are done with the repairs. Steering wheel is exact same steering wheel part number and OEM fitment." Memorable is the only thing I can say. Finally, the manger refused to continue servicing my vehicle and asked to have my car serviced at a different dealership. Ray Picardo never acknowledged that he never returned any calls to the many follow up voicemails i left him in a period of two months asking for help. His body languave said it all and his demeanor was not to help me but to get me out of his shop as soon as possible and i was told i was not welcomed back. They failed to do a simple task, quality control. The steering wheel was over tightened and it was rubbing on the plastic making and it could be clearly heard. Had they turned the steering wheel slightly to the left or slightly to the right, they would have heard the noise without a doubt. I didnt notice because i drove straight out of the service center, turned up the AC and music ans drive off. The car felt different but I fivured it was because the Q50 has a smoother steering vs the Q60. Got home and oulled into my drive way and surprise, noises that should be made is what i heard. Such a disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tuan had even joked about keeping my car longer to male sure i was satisfied and he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I laughed to myself when I heard noise bevause i remembered his words. I guess hold grudges and privide the opposite of global customer service when they make mistakes. Fair is fair and theu were noy being fair! It took my time, allot of it, many phone calls and emails for them to do the work they were supposed to do since day ONe. Two months later here I am, I was kicked to the curb and and writting about my experie.ce with Kevin, Tuan, and Ray Picardo. More

Had a flat tire after 400miles of a brand new qx60 and it cannot be patched nor it was under it's warranty. Pretty upset that I have to buy a new tire on a new vehicle.
