I purchased my 2017 Q50 at the end of the lease. I asked the sales rep twice, via text and email, to confirm the price she quoted, $23,928, was correct and included all fees and taxes. When I went to complete the purchase, the finance manager informed me that the price would be $27,691.09. When I questioned the $3,763.09 difference in price, I was told a mistake was made. If it wasn't for the pandemic and my desire to not deal with more people than necessary, I would have contested the transaction. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs and explained my experience with the dealership. I then followed up my call with letters to both Infiniti and the dealership GM. They not only didn't reply to my letter explaining my experience/displeasure, they have not even acknowledged receipt of my letter. This was my third Infiniti and will definitely be my last. More
