Horrible experience. The car was not ready to be sold. The front bumper came loose, which was stuck back on. It took 4 days. The wheels were also to be repaired according to the due bill. 2 weeks after, The front bumper came loose, which was stuck back on. It took 4 days. The wheels were also to be repaired according to the due bill. 2 weeks after, check engine light came on, and the air conditioning stopped working. The oil wasn't changed, it was at 30%. I was so disappointed with the customer service. I did test drive the car for 15 minutes but with that short of time, it is difficult to know all the problems the car has. There appeared to be evidence the car had been in an accident since the front bumper was coming off. Although CARFAX, did not indicate that. The car now is going in to local buick dealer to inspect and repair any item mechanically that exists. Coolant temperature sensor is necessary right away along with anything else deemed necessary. The check engine light is also illuminated. I was told by the dealership, this is covered by manufacturer's warranty. This is not the case. The car's warranty is expired since the mileage is 55,000. Although, I do have extended warranty they sold me, at approximately $2100, I tried to work with the dealership, and I have been patient, but I have reached my limit. I paid $5000 down, and expected better from them. I get the feeling they just don't care. I should have read the online complaints. They are numerous. More

Great deal. Good vehicle. Follow up communication was poor. Said they had second key, I waited another hour on the purchase date, they could not find key. They finally made a key via a mobile service. I was not reimbursed for having to drive and take care of that. Did not pay off my car I traded in until 5 days later. Now I am waiting on a check because the payoff was too much. I have a feeling I’m going to have to follow up myself again. If their communication was better, this would have been a great transaction.
