NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Purchased a used car from this dealership, car was on the lot for a whole month, the day I was putting down a deposit, I was rushed and was told people are there read car from this dealership, car was on the lot for a whole month, the day I was putting down a deposit, I was rushed and was told people are there ready to test drive & purchase the car (typical salesman stuff).... had to ask for the paperwork constantly everyday for 4 days. I was promised it would be emailed to me, never was sent to me. Only saw the paperwork when I got it officiated. I Was promised my car was shipped out, waited anxiously for 5 days on the 5th day found out In fact my car was still at the dealership, they told me they shipped out the other car that was almost identical to mine and my salesman thought it was my car, of course I knew that was a lie because I went on there website to look at there inventory and it was still for sale. This whole experience has been filled with lies and accuses.Ryan Capatosco is very unprofessional and I had a very unpleasant experience with this dealership. More
My salesperson, Kira, was very sweet and good at communicating. While she seemed new at the job, she did her best to get my questions answered and was courteous the whole way. After moving onto the next steps where Kira was no longer involved was When it started to get difficult. I ordered the car to have shipped to me in the Bay Area. The whole process took around 1-2 weeks which is fine but definitely could use improvement. They need to get with the times and get on the cloud like DocuSign. There were a lot of miscommunications where I was misunderstood and that they didn’t realize I wanted it shipped. The finance manager was kind of blaming me for that by saying “you didn’t tell me”, which I did. I didn’t get good vibes from him as it felt like he was kind of talking down on me. I was very unhappy in the lack of communication on the Notary office and the shipping. They did not tell me the Notary office would come to my house. I was not notified on what was going on in terms of shipping either. And this was really bad because on a Saturday afternoon, I was at a winery and of course under the influence. I then receive a phone call that the car is waiting outside of my house for me to come pick it up. I was about an hour away from home and I couldn’t even drive because I had been drinking. I had to scramble around while I was supposed to be enjoying my time with my fiancée and our friends to celebrate our engagement to somehow pick the car up. This could have easily been avoided if they simply just sent an email or a text to let me know that the car has been shipped and I should expect it on a specific day. This is completely unacceptable and I don’t think I’ll be buying another Infiniti due to my poor experience with multiple Infiniti dealerships. More
Ryan Castellano is the worst salesman I have ever met. But Kevin Hall in service is absolutely the best and saved me as a customer. Ryan sold me the car and then wanted nothing to do with me 10 seconds later. I needed help with setting up my phone and Bluetooth and had questions on how to use things on the car that he never showed me how to use and he just kept brushing me off that he was busy. I truly felt like I had been taken, I was angry and felt disrespected and it left a really bad taste in my mouth. Today on my fifth visit to the dealership, Kevin Hall to care of everything in less than an hour. More

Purchased auto sight unseen, trusted dealership, had and inspection done car runs great. Upon delivery had all kinds of small defects that dealership could have repaired, instead they used black tape to hig inspection done car runs great. If repairs couldn’t be made, these defects should have been pointed out and brought to my attention. Sale first, tell later! More
