It took 2 months to receive the part from the manufacturer but I don't blame the dealership because they were great and very pleasant to work with. So far not good. When I received the car I noticed the car said keys low batteries. Both keys were about dead. I thought the keys were like my BMW keys wear they charge when you use them. My car makes noise when I back out I called in made an appointment and drive back 4.5hours to address it. The car still makes noise louder than before taking it in. Gerardo said the brakes were new l, changed by him. He be ruined the rotors were original but I have. Feeling that is not the case because they look rusty and I have never seen those get that rusty from manufacture? My plugs in back seat do not work. Ling story short Gerard said I have to return again to have brakes looked at again. This is a ling distance. I requested the manager call me and they gave not. It’s been disappointing and no one has called me back. Would you have the manager call me back please? More
