I was told I had free oil changes and tires forLife when I was told I had free oil changes and tires for Life when I bought the car. Now it was taken away from me and had to pay for my oil change. It’s very difficult to pay $1,500 for basic maintenance, and for that price you expect a certain level of service. There were some glitches. The service rep arrived 15 minutes late for my 7 a.m. appointment and for that price you expect a certain level of service. There were some glitches. The service rep arrived 15 minutes late for my 7 a.m. appointment, but one of the techs kept checking on me. The service department texted that my car was ready, but when I arrived from Long Beach at 3:30, I was told the detailing would take another hour. However, the service rep offered to let me keep the loaner car overnight and have my car delivered to my house (I decided to stay). When the car was ready, the detail work looked terrific — the car wasn’t this clean when we purchased it from your dealership. I am not sure the computer reset was necessary, but if the mechanics did their jobs, then the car should continue to be reliable for several more years. Keeping my fingers crossed! More
