Irina was great, she was very helpful and delivered what she promised. The only thing that I have a complaint about is that a license plate frame was not installed on our car before we left. Gerado Gonzalez kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, any repairs that needed to be done, and made sure that the time needed to service my vehicle fit into my schedule. He even brought me coffee! Ray Picazo also checked in on me and because of some additional repairs asked if I desired a loaner vehicle. The waiting area was very comfortable, quiet and very clean. I even received my car back washed and cleaner than when I brought it in. Overall a great experience. More
