Great dealer & service department!! I purchased my vehicle there & always return for service. Seems this dealership is much like the stereotype... if they know you want a certain car, "I'm sorry, we cant do anything about the price," despite it being overpriced according to CarGurus. Also, learned that if they make a verbal agreement and is isnt in writing, then, well....it ain't gonna happen! (Even had to make them go and fill up the gas tank, although I was told it would be "detailed and a full tank" when I returned to pick it up). Other minor things, like the key battery being low...it wasnt replaced. In fact, they even "forgot" when I said I was going to return to pick up the car, so someone had to go find it!... seriously? And, despite hearing my dissatisfaction with these admittedly minor irritations, emails promising to "check with management about your concerns" there has been no follow up. Hey guys!..Customer Service is ALL in the details! More
