Working with Justin was fine, I had worked with him before. I am giving this dealer 1 star because of the way the dealer handled things and mainly because of the Ally extended warranty that I got with before. I am giving this dealer 1 star because of the way the dealer handled things and mainly because of the Ally extended warranty that I got with my Challenger back in 2017 I dropped my Challenger off on June 14th because of a window smart glass issue, the driver side window was acting bizarre…rolling up and down a quarter inch when I shut the car off. Also, my Uconnect was freezing up 5 percent of the time first thing in the morning. Justin told me they would need my car for a week to figure it out. They used to give out loaner cars but do not anymore, so instead of paying for a rental car, I had to take the bus to work and be carless. After the first week, I called him and he told me they were very close to being done. 2 weeks later (now 3 weeks total), I got a text stating what was recommended to be done, including some services I didn’t even ask for. I figured I would get some things done since it was already there. One of the services was something that Ally would actually cover, but I was told they were waiting for an Ally inspector to get there. Another thing they recommended was to calibrate my window that was acting up. $289 just for that, no actual parts, just calibrating. They also said my Uconnect failed an update, so I was okay to just deal with it since it was not covered under Ally. 1 week later (now 4 weeks total they had my car) I was finally able to pick it up after I complained to Justin on the phone about it. The dealer just went ahead and approved the work instead of waiting for Ally. When I picked it up, the window worked perfectly, but my Uconnect display did not work at all, but the radio still works. I just do not have a display anymore. (which also means NO backup camera) 1 week later, the same driver window started acting up. I took it back a few days later after making an appointment, but eventually was turned away being told they were too backed up. I am contemplating going back soon, but I just might go to my usual mechanic because he actually gives out loaner cars. Maybe I will have him look at the Uconnect as well. There is absolutely no reason why you should have somebody’s car for 4 weeks. If I had another car and wasn’t bus bound for so long, I might not have been as upset about it. More

The service advisor Justin was pleasant to deal with. However, the service department as a whole was a mess. Very disorganized. Drop off was disappointing. The person checking in my jeep took down my details and before getting me set up with a service advisor proceeded to to check in the next truck that showed up while I’m sitting there waiting. She then directs both of us into the service office and gets him set up to an advisor before me. Whatever, but don’t make me sit there while you check someone that came in after me and then help him first. I was told it should take 2-3 days and ended up taking a week. That’s fine. I go in to pick up my Jeep and waited in the lobby for over 30 mins. I finally flagged down a driver after seeing another customer picking up his truck after only a few minutes wait. Now the best part. I went to put up my side window shades. Looked around, nowhere to be found. While looking to see if they were moved I noticed some issues with my seats. Upon further inspection it appears that the dealer removed my rear seats, my guess is to do a bulletin addressing the tailgate lock which I did not bring it in for. I noted a deep scratch in my underseat storage box lid, an extra bolt sitting in the hardware bin, a couple missing panel covers and one cover still in place but with two broken clips. Unbelievable! I take great care with my vehicle and expect the dealer to do the same. More

He always ensures my vehicles get top-quality inspection in order to make sure I'm good to go on the road. Paul has never tried taking advantage of me financially and is always honest and fair with me. (P.S. I've lived in numerous states so far and any time I was not in California, I was wishing I could take my vehicle to Paul.) More
This was by far the smoothest purchase of a vehicle our family has ever experienced. We let Cristian know what our reasonably ideal price was and he made it happen! My wife had to leave right after the test drive for a previous commitment with our newborn and could not stick around to deal with all of the fun paperwork. We nearly left her out of the paperwork because she had to leave. Instead, Cristian actually stopped at our house on his way home to meet my wife and allow her to sign everything separately. That’s service! We were offered all of the standard extras, but not pressured to take them, which was a welcome surprise. Every person we encountered at this dealership was kind, helpful and not at all pushy - we’re still a bit confused by it, to be honest. It’s so far from the norm. Thank you for a great experience.
