I took my my 2022 2500 Dodge ram to get serviced. I was told they might have to keep it overnight but that they would let me know, an hour before they closed Dean the the service representative helpi I was told they might have to keep it overnight but that they would let me know, an hour before they closed Dean the the service representative helping me called me to say that the truck was ready. I drive back the truck back to Los Angeles and after starting it a second time I noticed the same Preform service and fuel filter required are alerts are still showing on my dashboard and even the sticker on the windshield wasn’t updated. It honestly looks like I paid $819 and they didn’t end up doing anything to the truck but the recall it had. More
We sold two used cars through this dealership and it was so easy. I needed a price for the two which was higher than the Kelley blue book and they were able to make it happen. And since we had a hard deadli so easy. I needed a price for the two which was higher than the Kelley blue book and they were able to make it happen. And since we had a hard deadline (flights !) they made sure we were all ready to go when we dropped the cars off the checks were already ready. Please be careful! Sold us a defective car as a certified used car. Service department doesn’t call back and you are unable to call that department directly. Our certified Jeep Cherokee floor mats were soaking wet after the rain storms, we drop the car off on a Friday. The service manager Paul, said they couldn’t get to it until Monday. I agreed, but told them I am concerned with mold/mildew, he assured me that wouldn’t happen. The floor was soaked! They didn’t get to the car or open it up until the end of the week! They didn’t keep us updated until we physically had to go into the service department to speak to a department manager. They said they couldn’t find the problem but took the car apart to try to duplicate where the leak was coming. Still unable to find the problems and several more days later with little communication, they told us we need to pay for a detail because the car smells like mildew! Mildew from them leaving the car closed up for several days! Anyhow we picked up the car this last Wednesday. Department manager said they couldn’t find a problem but sealed the car. Three days later, it rains. Car floor is soaked again on drivers and passenger's side. Not sure what they sealed, but of course service department is not calling us back. This dealership sold us a defective car! Total fraud. Please protect yourself! More
