This dealership is the worst that I have ever seen so far! I had my Dodge Ram in for several different issues and safety recall issues, and I just discovered that my truck didn't get fixed by them. My Li far! I had my Dodge Ram in for several different issues and safety recall issues, and I just discovered that my truck didn't get fixed by them. My Linkage to my Transmission is disconnected and the 4×4 doesn't work because of this issue. They are by far the worst dealership of all time! Now I have to take my truck into get fixed by someone else, because they didn't fix everything wrong with my Transmission. I crawled under my truck to see what is wrong and the Linkage is dangling from the shifter and its not connected to the Transmission at all! My truck is a lemon on top of everything else. It has broken down continuously ever since I drove it off the lot ! The worst truck that I have ever purchased from a dealership! So here we go again, broken down once more! More

I ran the battery of my daughters car down, and finally brought it into the dealership (interesting story behind that as well!). Apparently I didn't buy the car there, but thought i did. In any case, Dean was able to look up the details, and see that it was still under warranty for 2 more months. Not only did he fix the battery problem, but adjusted the hood, fixed the auto start stop mechanisms, fixed a couple recall items, performed some regular service, and had the car washed and ready for pick up the next day, all under warranty. Very impressive, and I'll be buying my next jeep there! More
