Took my daughter’s Jeep in at 9:00 am on a Friday morning. I was informed her vehicle would be ready the following Tuesday. It was ready on Wednesday afternoon. I was told I’d be given a discount. $120 discount for a $1700 repair. Not even 10%. Although I am paying the bill, they informed my 20 year old daughter at pick up they broke another part on her Jeep(the hook in the hood of her Jeep). It would take 2-3 more days to get the part in and she would need to lose her vehicle again while they repaired it. Maybe my expectations are high. If you tell me a date, meet the date. If you tell me a price, stay true to your word. If you are to fix my vehicle, don’t add to time of losing the vehicle. Yes, accidents happens, but I expect that repair to take precedent and not be treated like any other repair. Losing a vehicle a second time is inexcusable. More

Customer service is extremely important to me. Vanessa got me there by how she was attentive to my inquiries. Mgr. Tommy got me to stay by working out a deal that I felt was a mutual win-win for both of got me there by how she was attentive to my inquiries. Mgr. He cut through all the bullcrap that usually takes place in Financing and won my respect. Yes, he got me to buy the extended warranty and I even threw in an extra $400 for a $20 item without him having to twist my arm but that was just because of the rapport I felt with him and Tommy. In regards to the extended warranty I knew I would only need it if I did not buy it. I am a simple man with an unforgettable sense of humor but nothing to prove. I am happy to say that this team treated me with respect every step of the way. Everyone's experience will be different but I hope others give them a try and see how things can work out for them. I drove over 40 miles to get there and I have no regrets. Thank you Tommy, Armin and Vanessa for a good experience and always feel free to share a smile with me anytime. 😊 More
The service team failed to adequately diagnose my clutch issue and defected the reason why they cannot diagnose it is because my speedometer needs calibration prior to further diagnosis which is an unaccept issue and defected the reason why they cannot diagnose it is because my speedometer needs calibration prior to further diagnosis which is an unacceptable reason to hand the vehicle back to me without solving anything. I have since calibrated my speedometer and do intend to bring it back but only because there is a possibility my issue is connected to the clutch recall. More
I dropped my jeep off because the check engine light was on and the dashboard said “service shifter.” The steering wheel was also locking up.
