They lied to us, sold us the wrong car, defrauded us , offered to get us the actual car then refused, lied to is what dealer that néw car was , I called, was never there, The sales rep knew the exact ca offered to get us the actual car then refused, lied to is what dealer that néw car was , I called, was never there, The sales rep knew the exact car we wanted, lied said he had it on the lot, sold us one with missing parts. The owner of the dealership is a crook, and a liar, and would not stand behind his sales person lying to two women and 100% defrauding us and they were fully aware of what they did when we drive off that lot, This was the worst experience and the epitome of slimy car salespeople committing intentional fraud. It’s amazing how you “think” you can say you took care of the issues, you Cara, are in the back pocket of the dealer who just so happens to be your brother-in- law who have you a handout job because your ex blew you off. Your loyalty is, and has NEVER been for the customer, you were hired to solely mitigate customer complaints and use your stall tactics, lie to customers that you’re on their side, and then screw them completely 100% in the end. You being involved in that position is a huge and direct conflict of interest you cannot possibly understand a clients complaints when the complaint is against your sister‘s husband part of your family. It is a joke that you were hired in this position. But our personal conversations that I have documented clearly prove your personal experience with the people involved have been a major complaint over and over again, You must have forgotten the employees and “sales manager” you threw under the bus because of her “heritage” as you do eloquently stated!

Every time I bring our son’s Fiat to your dealership, I leave happy and rest assured he will have a safe car to drive. German treats me like family and like I am his only customer - which I know is not tru leave happy and rest assured he will have a safe car to drive. I really have nothing to say it it just absolutely disgust me II purchase numerous vehicles in my life this is the worst dealer I've ever run across or studer I've ever run across. Is there happy to help you when you have an easy deal have an easy deal but right now vehicles not being readily available it goes not being readily available which I understand. This dealer has put me on the hook and say we have a truck and then next thing I know I don't get phone I don't get any phone calls. It's not even from management don't waste your time people

Buyer beware!!!After the purchase my new 2020 Jeep Buyer beware!!! After the purchase my new 2020 Jeep Rubicon it's been in and out of service countless times. When it was in for service I was left wi Buyer beware!!! After the purchase my new 2020 Jeep Rubicon it's been in and out of service countless times. When it was in for service I was left without my vehicle for months. They offered no help with monthly payments for the new Jeep I just purchased! I'm left with what's called a standard bowed front spring that pings over speed bumps. Not to mention a death wobble, random computer problems that kill the engine, poor ac function, and gone through 3 batteries. And keeps response is a bunch of emails and phone calls that go no where! More
