My car was brought in 8am Saturday but I received text wondering why I did not show for my appt. Then I did not receive a call until 4pm Saturday telling me my car would not be ready until Monday. I then called 5 times on Monday before I finally got a call telling me my car would not be ready until Tuesday. On Tuesday I did not get a call first thing in the am but early afternoon and was told I would get $300 discount for my trouble. When I got my car and invoice I found my discount was only $150. What do you think of my first-time experience using OC?

We had a water pump malfunction with Dodge Challenger SXT within the first 100 miles of usage. Orange Coast took the car back and found a replacement. Great experience overall ! More

Joe - I'm concerned that you might have gone to several other dealerships while shopping for a vehicle and have us confused with another dealership. We do not have $5000 market adjustments like other dealerships and we certainly do not have a $25k mark-up on the TRX. You can order any vehicle at MSRP.
