My first call into servicing I was told my warranty expired, I have a lease and was on my 2nd year. Several calls later, after being hung up on multiple times I was told my warranty was valid. Before dropping off my car I told them I needed a rental. After dropping my car off and waiting an hour with no help I find out they have no rentals available. Lack of communication and unprofessional workers. I would recommend another servicer. Dealing with them has made my mind up to return my lease and go somewhere else. More

Worst car-buying experience. My husband, 1 yr old, 3 yr old, and I drove 5 hours to buy a truck we’d been speaking to the dealer about for over a week. Knowing we were coming from out of town, they moved t old, and I drove 5 hours to buy a truck we’d been speaking to the dealer about for over a week. Knowing we were coming from out of town, they moved the truck to the back so as to keep it out of view. The morning we were coming, they detailed the vehicle. We were about an hour from the dealership when the sale manager called us to let us know they’d lost the keys to the truck we were coming to purchase. He said they’d been looking for a few hours and hadn’t been able to find them anywhere. Once we arrived @ 2pm on a Sunday, we did a once over of the truck and 45 mins later, still no keys. They told us they could have it shipped to us by Tuesday, maybe Monday if they could get their locksmith out tomorrow. That was it. We decided to make a few calls to local locksmiths and had one out in 20 mins. He made us keys and, to Orange Coast’s credit, they immediately offered to cover the cost (as they should have). We then waited from 4:40pm-7:00pm to meet with finance and sign paperwork. Rough day. They did apologize and offer up oil changes. More
