Got a check engine light on my dash and pulled a P0128 code on my device. I went to OC Chrysler/Jeep/dodge and Paul the advisor took care of me. I stopped by 7:30am thinking I will be waiting for the enti code on my device. I went to OC Chrysler/Jeep/dodge and Paul the advisor took care of me. I stopped by 7:30am thinking I will be waiting for the entire morning, so I brought my laptop with me. The waiting room is nice btw, got WiFi/coffee/vending machine and a clean restroom. I poured myself a cup of coffee and dive in some work emails. An hour later Paul came back saying all done! Coolant thermostat replaced, and new coolant filled and bled air. Even a car wash was done. I haven’t even finished my coffee yet! Quick swipe of credit card and I was out of there. No one likes car issues, but when it happens, a good repair facility can get you taken cared of, and done fast. That’s why I still come back to this dealership even after the warranty expires. More

Worst service I have ever gotten from any dodge dealership. Not only did I buy my car their, you guys totally disregarded and disrespected my car and myself. You guys have the worst service technic dealership. Not only did I buy my car their, you guys totally disregarded and disrespected my car and myself. You guys have the worst service technicians or babysitters. Never ever put a new tech working on a car to the point they can cause catastrophic engine failure due to carelessness. On top of that you guys messed up my engine bay, car parts and belly pans, chin lip spoiler and skid plates. All covered in engine oil. I was told twice when I was there on Tuesday that It would be taken care of and cleaned. I woke up this morning to find oil seeping out of my belly pan, drain hose and chin lip spoiler. This is ridiculous and disappointing. And to top it off. This was a “free” oil change I got from you guys. Someone already reached out to me to bring my car in Monday to have it detailed. I need someone to clarify with me what this “detail” is going to entail. If it’s half assed I don’t want it. I’ll pay an independent shop to do it and I’ll contact a detailer and bill you all the charges. All the engine covers and bottom plates need to come off and degreased and cleaned properly. No pressure washed like you guys did. That’s stupid and all your tech did was spread oil everywhere. Also need my parts under the car cleaned. Joints and all. Inner bumper sidewalls were not greasy when I brought it in. Everything is oiled and burning oil. I don’t want my car to have swirl marks on the paint from carelessness. I will ask for it to be repainted if that’s the case. So please explain what this detail is and I would like to be present for all this because i simply don’t feel comfortable anymore. You bet im angry and frustrated and need an actual supervisor to get back to me. Because this is not ok and I don’t care how short staffed you are. I work in customer service and actually am a manager and you don’t give customers xxxx service just because your short staffed. I’ll be expecting someone to contact me More
