I recently purchased a car from this Orange Coast Dealership on the June 15th, and it broke down on my way home due to extreme speed wobble when going over speeds of 50 mph. I took it to the nearest dealer which happened to be AutoNation in Valencia who found numerous issues and declared the car unsafe to drive. They discovered that both batteries were bad, the track bar needed to be replaced, the steering damper needed to be fixed, and the rear shocks were leaking. This was extremely concerning as the initial inspection at this dealership missed significant safety issues that could have led to a serious accident. The car is now back at the dealership, but I feel like I'm being jerked around. Repairs have not been completed promptly, and I am very worried about the quality of the work. Despite Max, the salesman who sold me the car, going above and beyond to help me, my experience with the service department has been frustrating and disappointing. During all of this, I wasn’t offered any type of rental car and have been without my car for almost 3 weeks now. Every time I call to get an update, no one answers, and I never receive a call back. I’ve also called the number that “Ryan the service manager” has left on these reviews and also got no response. I live about 5 hours away from this dealer and chose them because of the thousands of great reviews, but they are not living up to them. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with how this dealership has handled the situation. I expected much better service and accountability. More
I dropped my car off for a routine oil change, I picked up the same day. On my drive home I noticed smoke on the side of my car, I thought it was the car next to me. Then I came to another light and notic up the same day. On my drive home I noticed smoke on the side of my car, I thought it was the car next to me. Then I came to another light and noticed the smoke was back. I pulled over to check my car and confirmed that is was my car that was creating the smoke. I looked under the hood and there was a major oil leak. The service tech messed something up. This is the second time a service tech here causes major damage to my car. Unfortunately I did not learn from my previous experience here. More

Super expensive for basic services. Charged me a ton more for same service than last time. Rotated tires and no adjustments to air pressure and cant even reset your setting for oil chan Charged me a ton more for same service than last time.
