He was quick to respond, eager to help me, and understood my wants. My entire purchase process was almost completely finished before I even went to the dealership. Once I got to the dealership I saw my Jeep Grand Cherokee L, signed documents, and was on my way in a timely manner. Strongly recommend this dealership and Josh! No disappointment or games, just an overall excellent buying experience from start to finish. TJ in finance was excellent as well. Service Advisor: 243537 Paul M Gordon Invoice #58650 First time Jeep owner and first time at this dealership. Very poor and unprofessional service by Service Advisor Paul and untruthful experience with the service department. Took my Jeep here to fix a Check Engine light. Off the bat I felt like I was an inconvenience to Paul, like he had better things to do. I had a bunch of questions as a first time Jeep owner, and he wouldn't take the time to answer them or address any issues I brought up. His mind and attention were completely elsewhere and was in such a rush to get me out of there. After having the Jeep there for a week, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of Paul. Left a couple different messages which after a few days and another phone call I finally got ahold of him. After being charged a $180 for diagnostic which I already had the DTC of.. I was blatantly lied to by Paul stating a "front and rear adjustable trackbar is required" and was quoted $1,800 to fix my issue. However, I already had a front adjustable trackbar, yet Paul lied to my face by stating I did not. He stated only a "Rubicon Brand" Front/Rear adjustable trackbar would fix my issue. As I said before, after hearing it would be nearly $2,000 for this, I left. The guys next door at OC Motorsports nearly choked when I told them Paul quoted me nearly $2,000 for the work. They verified that I indeed have an adjustable front, and after I obtained the part, they installed/aligned the rear adjustable trackbar for $300. My issue was still not solved. I still have the check engine light to this day. If you want to be completely screwed over, lied to, and treated like second class, then come here. Take it from me, a first-time Jeep owner and first-time Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat customer... Do Not Come Here. Do your research. You will regret coming here. More
