I just purchased a brand new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, my dream car. I’ve purchased many vehicles and it always used to be a battle, this has changed thanks to this dealership. Wrong, Vynz was just as great to work with and actually listened to my needs and didn’t try to push me on things I didn’t want. What a breath of fresh air! I actually walked away happy for once! I also have been getting my keeps serviced her for 10 years! Went to service department, brought it in on a Tuesday. On Thursday still zero updates or calls about what’s going on. When we called they could give no timeline. I agreed, he called me at work and had had my car for 4 days. After further researching I found out I was overcharged for services I probably didn’t even need. Justin is just looking to make a quick buck and take advantage of you. I won’t be coming back here for service, I’ve lost trust in them. More

My check engine light code indicated torque converter clutch solenoid circuit open. They reported I had major transmission problems and that they found a large amount of metal debris in the oil pan. Even though I was technically out of warranty but because of regular maintainence and mileage under 60,000, their service director reached out to the manufacturer for help in covering our repair costs. My van was quickly and expertly repaired and now drives smoothly. We were astounded and thrilled with our very affordable copay. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service all around.
