I don’t like going to dealerships because I feel very intimidated by not having the freedom to look around by yourself. The dealership had rental car waiting for me And I was quickly and efficiently transferred from my truck to the rental. My contact at the dealership was Taylor. She was efficient and informed…. surprisingly, my truck ended up in the bay being worked on the first day by the second day I got a text message from Taylor advising me that my truck was finished. Basically a day and a half, which was amazing to me. xxxxxxto Taylor were keeping informed and to the guys in the back doing the work and a significantly greater pace than previously. I was in and out short and sweet and very happy. The construction they’re doing at the dealership is a bit of a pain in the butt, but it’s for a good reason and Will upgrade the whole place. I am very pleased with the totality of the service I received from everyone involved. Good job one and all you have restored my faith in your service department. More
