I visited Orange Coast Chrysler Dodge Jeep to check out why engine was overheating. Paul helped setup diagnosis and found radiator is leaking, and also discover a few other important but not so urgent item why engine was overheating. Customer service is in need of attention. I purchased my truck there and live in the city. Up to now the actual servicing aspect has been just fine. I had a 7:15 service appointment and did n I purchased my truck there and live in the city. Up to now the actual servicing aspect has been just fine. I had a 7:15 service appointment and did not get attended to until 7:35. It was a disorganized mess. I was then told to leave the car and my service advisor would take care of it, but was busy with another customer. I left the car and returned to pick it up. On return I went into their service area and stood around for about 5-10 minutes with no acknowledgment. No one had the the foresight to say someone like we will be with you in a moment or hang tight. I eventually spoke up and the response was “ theres only two of us right now”. So simple to just say hello we ll be right with you. If that’s not accurate check your video cameras. Afterwards, a young lady who was not a service writer took my unhappy comments and apologized, instead of the two men in there. After spending 118.00 on an oil change and rotation I waited in the waiting area for my truck. I was not notified it was ready until I stood up from my chair and saw it parked with the key on the seat. Anyone could have opened the door and taken my truck. I have had many brands of autos and have experienced many service departments. This is one need to improve. I didn’t get free service, so there should be some type of basic courtesy. Once again, lack of customer service. Hope to see an improvement in the future otherwise I ll go else where. More
