I purchased my 2017 used truck with 53,000 miles in August of 2022. Although I cannot be happier with the truck I purchased from the dealership, I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the customer service, misle August of 2022. Although I cannot be happier with the truck I purchased from the dealership, I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the customer service, misleading sales techniques used by salespersons, and lack of follow through by management. Initially, I walked away from the dealership when the salesperson (Doug) I dealt with failed to honor the advertised price despite me having several conversations prior to me driving over 2.5 hours. After I left the dealership, I was contacted by VP Neda Ingram and assured that I would be satisfied if I were to give the dealership one more chance. I reluctantly returned and dealt with salesman Jesus Cabral. Mr. Cabral was friendly enough; however, I discovered about 2 months later he intentionally gave me wrong information regarding the purchase of the vehicle appearance protection plan, the vehicle security plan, and the extended warranty. Basically, I agreed to purchase the extended warranty through MOPAR which he quoted me a price of around $6500 after he promised me that the 7 yr or 100,000 mile warranty would be from the current odometer reading and the date of purchase. He even printed out a screen denoting this. While completing the paperwork he stated that he would “throw in” the protection and security plan because I was inconvenienced earlier when I made the first trip to the dealership. When I was signing and reviewing the paperwork, I caught that he charged me $4000 for the extended warranty and $2500 for the security and protection plan which equaled a total of $6500. I told him I saw what he did and he just grinned. I went ahead and agreed to the $6500 price. He told me I would get a copy of the extended warranty in about 2 months. After not receiving anything for over 2 months, I contacted MOPAR directly to ask for copy of the extended warranty. In reading the conditions and speaking with a MOPAR representative, I learned that the extended warranty was 7 years from original purchase (in 2017) and/or 100,000 miles (I purchased it with 53, 000 miles) in total. I would have never agreed to spend $6500 on a warranty that would expire in less than 2 yrs or another 47,000 miles. I attempted to contact Neda Ingram and Jesus Cabral over the next 2 months and came to find out they were no longer employed. I was referred to Loren Coleman who stated he could refund some of my money and sent me the form to process the warranty cancellation. He stated it would take up to 6 weeks. After patiently waiting another 3 months, I contacted Tommy. Tommy finally assisted me and I finally got some of my money back. I was waiting to post this feedback until I received my refund. This dealership has very deceiving sales practices, poor customer service, and lengthy times to resolve issues. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again and I will share my negative and extremely frustrating experience with anyone that will listen!! More
