When I called on Monday, the day that Ferdinand the manager said it would be ready, it was also not ready it will be ready Tuesday. When we confronted them about that lie they said they were about to call and say it wasn’t ready, the call was at 3:45pm and they know I’m coming in the morning for sure. When I called today to confirm with them that my car was ready bc I did not want to drive the mini van rental all the way there for a second time for no reason I was met with attitude. Don’t buy or lease any jeep wrangler 4xe unless you are willing to deal with xxxxxxxx from anyone and everyone that works there. Not worth your time these are awful cars that come with more problems than positives. This is my second and last jeep from them bc of this specific experience. More
