In the past I have generally had good experiences with this dealership. However on my last visit, which was by appointment, I was told my oil change and resistol reapplication would take 3 to 3.5 hours to this dealership. However on my last visit, which was by appointment, I was told my oil change and resistol reapplication would take 3 to 3.5 hours tops. My car wasn’t ready until 8 hours later and this was despite encountering any complications or unforeseen problems with the vehicle. I had planned on waiting but then had to incur the expense of an Uber to get home because i couldn’t sit there any longer and I was “out of range” for their drop off service. Very disappointing experience. More
