Andy in the collision center was professional when dealing with my continual calls for progress on my repair. Outside of this interaction, communication between collision and service centers was poor dealing with my continual calls for progress on my repair. Outside of this interaction, communication between collision and service centers was poor and keeping me in the loop on the status was non-existent. I had to keep calling to see the progress throughout the whole process.I had to call to inform the team the supplement was approved, I had to push the service center to prioritize my repair work with my move deadline. The service center sat with a broken part for over a week which delayed my repair further. I wouldn’t utilize this location again. More

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was told the display would be replaced. It’s been several months and it still has not been replaced. Never received the spare key like they promis I was told the display would be replaced. It’s been several months and it still has not been replaced. Never received the spare key like they promised. One of my headlights is foggy and I was told that would be addressed. The sales people are horrible at communicating. I called in and reported the situation, and when the sales person talk to the manager, he only provided half truths. And I have text messages to back that up. I am so disheartened and and I feel like I was deceived. I am going to take this further if I have to. I have been more than patient and I keep getting the same excuse when I finally you do get a response. I only bought this car because of the display and navigation. I looked at a lot of other cars, but he promised me that he would they would have the display replaced. More

I webt for my first service and it was very quick. Sad to see that they dont do complementary car wash after service as I used to have at gmc Miami. Would be nice to leave with a clean car.
