Very poor communication, even though my cell phone didn't work in my office: there were multiple contacts for the services provider to call. Even my nephew who works at Lexus of Orlando, as a service provide work in my office: there were multiple contacts for the services provider to call. Even my nephew who works at Lexus of Orlando, as a service provider tried multiple times to reach out to the dealership. He was very confused as to why a car with low mileage and just out of warranty would already have fuel pump issues. I was able to receive text messages. It shouldn't take over 24 hours to diagnose and 1 hour and over $500 later to fix. Everything about this experience was poor communication and service. The car has 22,250 miles on it. I was told with a straight face, I declined the extended warranty. This car was my lease, bought by me. I started having trouble in December. Made an appointment at Fountain, they hooked the car up and I was told nothing was wrong. This was not something I slacked on. I find it hard to believe the warranty, 3 years/ 36,000 miles on this vehicle is a joke. Upon arrival I asked to speak with the service manager, It was convenient this person had just left. Had my husband not left, I would have left the car at the dealership until I was able to speak with them. Having purchased this car at Orange Buick, over my dealership at Fountain, I can clearly see there was no loyalty at either place and no one tried to earn it. The car was even due for an oil change and I'm shocked that that was never brought up. I feel the dealership stopped testing at a certain point found an issue and gave me that scenario. More
