Android in the front desk was awesome and very helpful. Appreciated Rob calling me to advise me that GEICO was Ted to replace parts with aftermarket parts which I did not accept. I was surprised that the cost of replacing the hood which only had a slight bend on it was the same as just repairing it. Would have thought it would be must cheaper. Also surprised to learn at pick up that the headlight replaced was a used one and taken from a previously wrecked car. More

Service for the vehicle is excellent however when my wife was given the vehicle back the gas light was on, rap music playing on the radio, and all our seat settings were changed. This is not acceptable and w was given the vehicle back the gas light was on, rap music playing on the radio, and all our seat settings were changed. This is not acceptable and we have not had that happen on previous service visits. I would ask that you return the vehicle the same way it was received, especially when it a new vehicle and was purchased from you. We drive past a lot of dealers between Winter Garden where we live and Orlando. More

Orange Buick GMC is the best dealership in central Florida. I have been to the others and been let down, disappointed, lied to and treated poorly.
