Communication from my service advisor was terrible. I had an oil change and transmission flush. I was told it would take 2 hours. About an hour into the service my advisor told me that they realized I had an oil change and transmission flush. I was told it would take 2 hours. About an hour into the service my advisor told me that they realized they didn’t have the filter for my transmission. She advised me that it would add 45min to an hour to the time. So 3 hours right? Wrong! It took a total of 7 1/2 hours and I was at the dealership the entire time waiting. At one point hours went by with no communication. Completely unacceptable! Obviously someone seriously dropped the ball and I was not given all the information. I have been going to this dealership for years. This is my second bad experience in the last year. More
