I thought Glynn was nice, however, he was not communicative. I had to jump through hoops to speak with. The dealership had my car 5 days with no resolve and couldn’t find the issue. Surprised to pickup vehicle and find out it had no brake lights. Also had a 4 Wheel drive service message and a chime that we were not sure what it was for.
