Orange Buick gmc is trash. ! I went to them because I needed a new key due ro my old key being damaged & my anti theft lock was on & my finance company recommended i go too the ! I went to them because I needed a new key due ro my old key being damaged & my anti theft lock was on & my finance company recommended i go too the dealer because I had th3 master key. I paid gmc for new key, key to be coded & programed. They came told me that the key isn't the problem & I need to pay them for an diagnostic & pay for what the problem they find. At this point I had spend money for towing my truck there, key, programing the new key & they asking for more money.! Long story short. I had to pay another $180 to get my vehicle towed home. Once I got home to tried the new key...IT WAS NOT EVEN PROGRAM TO MY TRUCK.! I called them they asked me if I could bring my truck back so they could program the key, remind you my receipt shows I paid for programming the new key. I told them I didn't have anymore money for towing & why they didn't program it while I was there for over 2 hrs.! I ask for the code over the phone to program my own key she said they have to program it with the computer.! Why didn't they do that from the beginning. I didn't have any problems with my truck besides the old key being damaged..now my truck is completely disabled.! It won't do nothing.! The new key isn't programed therefore they sold me a toy key for $$$$. I wouldn't recommend orange Buick gmc to my dog.! I wouldn't allow orange Buick gmc to take my trash out because they'll disable my xxxx trash cans.! Point is they lied for more money & was gonna act like something else was wrong with my truck & was just gonna program the key if I paid for whatever they would've made up. Now I don't no vehicle due to this trash xxx company.! More

Vehicle was brought in to address a scraping noise that is audible EVERY time the vehicle is turned that started immediately after they rotated the tires at a previous service check. I started coming here years ago and I have never been disappointed. I had referred many people first of all I feel that I cared about. I like having my own service manager. Every time I go there, I feel like I am visiting family. Everyone is so gracious and friendly. If I’m there doing lunchtime, they offer me a nice lunch. The waiting area is very pleasant with lots of plugs and free Wi-Fi so I don’t need to stop working while I’m waiting for my vehicle. When you make an appointment, they are ready for you. Either, if you have a problem and have to come over there, they are just as willing to help you. They will also repair GM or any vehicle. I tell people just go there, they will love upon you. More
