I have only dealt with the service department, the one service advisor they had that wasn't up to par, no longer works there. When I come in for service, which is usually an oil change and tire rotation, service advisor they had that wasn't up to par, no longer works there. When I come in for service, which is usually an oil change and tire rotation, I speak with Bill. He has the shop running like a champ. Gets me in and out of there quickly and efficiently. More

I like that the job got done, and we were able to use Lyft free of charge. Here’s what I didnt like: -The service rep had no record of our appointment. -The service rep said they didn’t have record o Lyft free of charge. Here’s what I didnt like: -The service rep had no record of our appointment. -The service rep said they didn’t have record of our request for trailer system diagnostic, so it wasn’t done. -The recall took an additional day to complete. -The service rep was unresponsive. They would promise a returned call or text, then not follow through. I sent follow up texts and never received responses. -The service rep was unable to be reached by phone at times. Overall we’re happy that we got 3 out of 4 repairs completed. But the experience was terrible, and careless. The only reason why I’m giving additional stars is because of your shuttle service/lyft. I honestly don’t think anything will come of this review since the culture at this repair center is unprofessional. Unfortunately, my recall had to be done at a GMC service center. More
