My car has been in service for 10 days and still not fixed. The service rep Fred claims they are working on it night and day? No call backs or any explanations except they are working on it. I am certain the folks that are technicians are very qualified.Not sure why this dealership is so backwards,they lack any customer service skills or empathy no one has attempted to get on the phone with me or make this a priority they just don't give a care. I have never had this problem with GM and have bought many automobiles from them,I will never go back to this dealership or ever refer anyone to buy there or use the service dept as a matter of fact use them at your own risk. This is a poorly run organization and people wonder why the American car companies are struggling it's because of the we don't give a shit attitude these folks have that I recommend you stay away from Orange GMC. More

I brought work along with me for the 3 hour service job that I had to "wait" for. Tom checked up on me -- great ! The waiting room had intenet -- great ! The other parts of the customer waiting area are just so - so: The machines back in the coffee shop area make a racket. The waiting area wasn't that comfortable (OK for 10 minutes). Wished that the cashier was a bid more cheery. More
I brought my Pontiac in for service today to Tom Santiago. I want to thank him for all of his efforts in making me a completely satisfied customer. I had a tire replaced elsewhere earlier in the week, when the mechanic broke my tire monitor sensor. He ignored it never happened there. When I arrived at Orange Buick GMC today, I was treated with nothing but kindness. He showed me exactly what happened and fixed this immediately. He was very prompt with his efforts to complete the work for me. He gave me the best deal around town. I now know to do nothing away from Orange Buick GMC. They know what they are doing and they do it right the first time. Thanks again for all of your efforts Tom. More

I went to Robert Cicero yesterday for my AC, hoping it was just a freon recharge. I have a whole in the condenser, which I was told would cost $816 + tax. The service check alone was $55, too bad I couldn't have applied that to the service. A friend went to his trustworthy garage, and they told him the job would only cost $375 + tax. Do the math, that's $441 difference, more than the cost of the initial service! The part itself is only about half that, so Orange Buick GMC is trying to rip you off! Since Saturn's closing I cannot find a dealer whom I trust. I've never been treated more royally, and felt like I was a valued family member as with Saturn. I've been unemployed for some time, and I need to save all the unnecessary expenses I can, just like us all. Guess who won't be coming back? Oh yeah, and I'm out 55 bucks! Hopefully people aren't getting ripped off on cars too, but that can be researched easier. More
I'M VISITING FLORIDA ON VACATION AND I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY OVERFLOW TANK I SAW ORANGE BUICK ADVERTIZED ON TV I CALLED AND FRED ASCHER SAID BRING YOU CAR IN AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. WHEN I ARRIVED H MY OVERFLOW TANK I SAW ORANGE BUICK ADVERTIZED ON TV I CALLED AND FRED ASCHER SAID BRING YOU CAR IN AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. WHEN I ARRIVED HE GREETED ME AND TOOK MY CAR AND DIGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND INFORMED ME MY CAR WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. HE INVITED MY WIFE AND MYSELF TO HAVE LUNCH ON ORANGE BUICK WHILE WAITING FOR MY CAR. I WAS COMPLETELY SATIFIED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL WAY I WAS TREATED. I WOULD RECOMMEND ORANGE BUICK'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ARE A CLASS ACT. More
