I have had my Buick and Pontiac serviced at Orange Buick, GMC since 2007. I have found that Tim Filotel and Robert Cicero very good service Consultants. Most of the time I am dealing with Tim. He greats me when I arrive and he reviews the service that I have requested. I have never had an issue on not having the job done correct the first time. I have always received my car back clean and in a timely manner. Everyone I have talked with at the dealship was friendly and willing to help. The people on the service floor seem to be a bit too sales oriented. In at least one instance the work done at considerable expense did not cure the problem. At another dealer (out of state) the probl sales oriented. In at least one instance the work done at considerable expense did not cure the problem. At another dealer (out of state) the problem was solved with a much less expensive repair. of course there is no way to prove that this dealer's repair was for the wrong part after the fact. The service advisor's comments basically defended the work done...What did I expect??? More

During this time frame I and,or my husband and I have purchased 6 automobiles beginning with a SkyHawk in 1977, a Rivera in 1984, a Skylark in 1993, a Century in 1998, a Century in 2002 and a Lucerne in 2008. We have always received excellent service from the service department as well as the sales department. As Service Director, John Baumgardner has always been available to answer any and all questions we may have. He is very honest, efficient, professional and friendly. He is never too busy to take time to speak with us whenever we are there. The service advisors have also been very efficient, friendly and helpful. The repairs and/or maintenance on our automobile have always been done in a very timely mannner and done well. Our sales persons, Scott Roberts and Steve Williams, were always honest and helpful in assisting us in finding the perfect automobiles for our needs. All of our experiences with this dealership have been superb. We will continue to utilize this dealership for all of our purchases and repairs. We appreciate the great service that we have received these past years. More

My car has been in service for 10 days and still not fixed. The service rep Fred claims they are working on it night and day? No call backs or any explanations except they are working on it. I am certain the folks that are technicians are very qualified.Not sure why this dealership is so backwards,they lack any customer service skills or empathy no one has attempted to get on the phone with me or make this a priority they just don't give a care. I have never had this problem with GM and have bought many automobiles from them,I will never go back to this dealership or ever refer anyone to buy there or use the service dept as a matter of fact use them at your own risk. This is a poorly run organization and people wonder why the American car companies are struggling it's because of the we don't give a shit attitude these folks have that I recommend you stay away from Orange GMC. I brought work along with me for the 3 hour service job that I had to "wait" for. Tom checked up on me -- great ! The waiting room had intenet -- great ! The other parts of the customer waiting area are just so - so: The machines back in the coffee shop area make a racket. The waiting area wasn't that comfortable (OK for 10 minutes). Wished that the cashier was a bid more cheery. More
I brought my Pontiac in for service today to Tom Santiago. I want to thank him for all of his efforts in making me a completely satisfied customer. I had a tire replaced elsewhere earlier in the week, when the mechanic broke my tire monitor sensor. He ignored it never happened there. When I arrived at Orange Buick GMC today, I was treated with nothing but kindness. He showed me exactly what happened and fixed this immediately. He was very prompt with his efforts to complete the work for me. He gave me the best deal around town. I now know to do nothing away from Orange Buick GMC. They know what they are doing and they do it right the first time. Thanks again for all of your efforts Tom. More
