I am very pleased and proud to rate Orange Buick GMC with the highest customer rating possible. Although I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, my experience(s) with the Service department has n the highest customer rating possible. Although I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, my experience(s) with the Service department has not been anything less than stellar. I owe this all to Mr. Bill Murdock, whom upon my first visit, requested to be my personal Service Manager. The welcome alone, gained my confidence in allowing my service needs to be accomplished at this establishment. Bill goes above and beyond expectation to ensure that my vehicle is serviced properly and operating at the highest level. He is honest, trustworthy, and has earned my family's utmost respect and friendship. I personally commend Bill for his untiring efforts in assisting Orange Buick GMC in becoming one of, if not the best, Buick/GMC dealership in Central Florida. More
Checkin at Orange Buick was friendly and efficient. The waiting room was pleasant, and we enjoyed an excellent, complimentary lunch while we waited. There was also free coffee and hot chocolate. David is always pleasant and makes sure my truck is done when I need it back. I trust them when they tell me I need something done, I will get it done. I get all my oil changes with them eventhough it costs a little more because I trust them to do it right. I was a little saddened to see the program of getting a free oil change after 5 had been discontinued. I thought that was a nice way to say thank you to repeat customers. Thanks for being a great place to bring my vehicle. More
Tim Filotei always takes care of me the way he should. Gets me in and out as fast as possible. Does not try and sell me services I do not need. As long as they continue to provide the same level of service, I will continue to do so. I am not really satisfied with the Buicks now available for sale. Because of the service, they may get me to buy one in the future. If not for the service, I would not be buying a Buick in the future. Mark Traver More

Due to ongoing warranty concerns, I originally initiated contact with General Motors, primarily in hopes of getting a power steering issue I was having with my Buick Enclave repaired under warranty. A General Motors representative phoned me and advised that I really needed to get the vehicle over to the dealership so the service department could diagnose the problem. The GM rep then conferenced Orange Buick on the call and Tom Santiago answered. He immediately went into a "service excellence" mode and said he would take care of me and asked me to bring the vehicle in. I started to get some comfort from Tom's attitude and comments, but I still had some reservations. The next morning, I brought the Enclave in, but on the way, another ongoing issue occurred - the headliner was dripping water inside and onto the rear seat. This had happened numerous times before, but I had never had it looked at. Upon arrival at Orange, I pulled up to Tom's desk. Tom was quick to get things started and said he had already discussed my power steering issue with his "boss." Tom then asked if I was having any other problems, so I mentioned the headliner drip. He then looked at the service records for my Enclave and noted there was some history with the power steering and headliner drainage and because of this, he might be able to get this covered under warranty. Later that day, Tom called me to let me know they replaced the power steering pump and also replaced the water pump due to a leak I was not even aware of. He noted they still had work to do on the headliner, but the car would be completely repaired by the next day - all either under warranty, or as an act of goodwill on behalf of the service department/dealership. Obviously, Orange Buick's service department overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. I was hoping to just get my power steering issue resolved, but got two other issues taken care of as well. This was due to the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by Tom and the rest of the service department staff. I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am for this, so I'll just close by saying THANK YOU!!! Glen More
I drive a 2007 Saturn Aura XR and have been coming to Orange Buick for all my service & warranty issues since Saturn closed. I am extremely happy with the service I receive and the advice I am given. We took our Rendezvous to get the intake manifold seals replaced. Bill kept us updated on the progress as it was an all-day job.
