I was on my way to work when the front end of my car started vibrating and the service engine light came on. I called Orange Buick to infrom them that I was on my way in. When I arrived, David was wai started vibrating and the service engine light came on. I called Orange Buick to infrom them that I was on my way in. When I arrived, David was waiting for me and assured me that my problem would be taken care of. It took a couple of hours but they fixed it on the spot. David explained the problem and informed me that the warranty covered all but the $100 deductible. I depend on Orange Buick for servicing and have since I bought my first Buick there in 1997. I traded in a Cadillac for that Buick and have stayed with Buick ever since. It is cmforting to know that this capable dealer is available, not only for scheduled service, but for emergencies. I have been going to Orange Buick for over 20 years and I have always been more than satisfied with service and the attention to detail. The staff is very professional especialy David Taylor and Tom Santiago have always been more than satisfied with service and the attention to detail. The main reason I continue to use Orange Buick is because I feel I can trust them to do what is needed and not try to sell me things I didn't need. Only one time have I had a problem with the service and when I mentioned it to the manager it was taken care of on the spot (he even agreed with me instead of giving me a bunch of excuses). I dealt with Tom Santiago and he helped me get my car in and out while being serviced in a timely manner. He kept me updated while they were working on my car and made sure everything was done before they g and out while being serviced in a timely manner. Rendevous started shaking, missing, and acting like it was going to stop in the middle of the road on the way to work. Orange Buick is on one of my route to work so I was trying to nurse the car into the dealer w/ the check engine light flashing most of the way. Robert Cicero took me in right away and indicated the he could hear that the problem was likely an engine issue. With 182K miles on the vehicle I was sure I would need to be looking for a different car. I was estatic when Robert called to tell me that one of the newer plug wires had failed and that replacing the wire fixed the problem.
