Bought my GMC truck from Orange GMC Buick this past July and had to add a few accessories to the vehicle. As I walked in I was greeted by Roger Menn who remembered my name and the vehicle I bought almost 4 and had to add a few accessories to the vehicle. As I walked in I was greeted by Roger Menn who remembered my name and the vehicle I bought almost 4 months ago. I was pretty surprise he remembered me since my other experiences at other dealerships would forget your name once you walk out the door. Anyways, Roger was very helpful in pointing out the various accessories for the truck, no pushy salesmenship. He introduced me to Reggie at the parts department where I ordered a bedliner, mud flaps for the front and rear of the truck and railing caps to finish it off. Roger then took me back to the service department where I met Jake who remembered me from the first time I came to Orange Buick. His crew then worked on my truck and it was finished in no time. The service department's quality workmanship and attention to detail made me at ease to know that I can trust Orange Buick GMC to service my vehicle when needed. They always are very friendly and helpful. This was an unscheduled visit due to a dead battery. Tom Santiago was very attentive and listened to my problem. He inspected my vehicle for some of my concerns. He kept me informed and never tried to upsell me services that I didn't need. I had lunch in their cafe and even went to the showroom and looked around and the staff greeted me with smiles and geniuness. Since getting my car at Orange Buick (Steve Williams was my sales person and he is exceptional), every service visit has been consistently exceptional. From the greeting, to the wait time, to the quality of my sales person and he is exceptional), every service visit has been consistently exceptional. From the greeting, to the wait time, to the quality of the service and work, every step of the way leaves nothing to be desired. I don't always get the same service adviser on each visit (my last visit was with Jake Grinstead), but each one has made me feel welcome and valued. Overall, my last experience was great. It's the consistency (with each employee and on each visit) though that makes this dealer such an exceptional one to do business with. More

After bringing in my wife's car Tim informed me of the true problem. He then assured me that he would go out of his way to make sure it got done and even told me that it was covered by my warranty. I was glad and within 48 hours received a call from Tim who joked with me and let me know he had the part and was ready to take care of the car. I brought it in early and Tim told me he would do his best to get me out. His team worked hard and reasonably fast for what had to be done and got me out without a hassle. I love the waiting room and the little cafe makes it easier for you if you need a snack. Everyone there seems to be friendly and goes out of there way to say hi to you, I would recommend this place to all my friends and I am glad that I have my work done here! Stephen LaForty More
